Logan Toftness is a writer, director and independent theatre producer based in Eau Claire Wisconsin.

She is the artistic director of Speck of Dust Theatre Company, which focuses on original plays, improv, and live radio plays. She is also the current board president of Performance Anxiety, Inc, focusing on including new artists with new plays, reimagined works, and gender-bent casting. She has written and directed a number of short stage plays, one acts, and short radio plays. Styles she leans into include absurdism, speculative fiction, dark humor, and satire (which is sometimes confused for mild horror), and comedy.

She studied theatre and received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.  She has also worked with The Underground (Breathing Blue, No Room! No Room!), The UWEC Players (Thieves and Bad, Bad Lies, Drop), The Spring Valley Stagehands (The Real Inspector Hound, Over the Tavern, Guys on Ice, Hibernation), the Spring Valley High School (The Skin of Our Teeth, Little Shop of Horrors, Hamlet), the Chippewa Falls Middle School (Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan, Robin Hood), and the Whiskey Rebellion Theatre (A Stupid Wind-Up Girl in a Stupid Wound-Up World) among others. She has served on the play-reading committee for the Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild for the past 2 very strange years.
